It's not always about boost, you also need to look at CFM. When you exceed the blower's CFM you have to move to a bigger er uh unit........
Example and a reason to talk about my truck

I'm worried about my S-trim (1,000 CFM) with a 2.5" pulley being able to keep up with my R heads and new cam. Luckily it won't be running mad RPM's so maybe it'll get the job done until the year 2049 when I can afford a T-trim (1,200 CFM)
Yikes I just noticed Vortech has a V-4 Z trim !!
