I cringe at the thought of 360 plus HP in the hands of a youngster, not to mention a drunk youngster that on top of that is fleeing the police.
I don't have to point out the obvious here, because I'm sure you have done a lot of soul searching by now.
Hell with the attorney, money suckers, go in and throw yourself at the mercy of the court, you really deserve whatever the judge gives you. You did the the crime so do the time.
Part of the healing process is fessing up to the mistakes you make and learn from them.
