I wish I did, Shane. The only information that I have is what I posted on here. That's all that was in the paper. I'd say call the number and see what it's all about. I don't know where the 431 prefix is. I haven't called the number myself. Just thought I'd post it on here for those interested. Let me know if you find out anything on it. Wish I could be of more help.
