. But I totally agree with you guys about Comcast.... THEY SUCK!!!! Lets also not forget about the $5/mo increase for the privilage of using Comcast. I have been having similar issues with connectivity and I swear last night my connection was so slow I could have used dial up and almost been quicker. Plus we lose our e-mail address and name???? WTF!?!?!?!?!? I swear if I dont get my name back, Im switching to DSL! I sent an e-mail to customer "service" 4 days ago and still no response......<rant off>
