Ask them to do a NSLOOKUP on www.f150online.com and it will come back with no response from thier DNS Servers. I changed my DNS Servers to a different company and now I can ping them but I still can't get to half the sites that I visit.

I think my wife is more pissed than I am, She likes to do the crosswords on yahoo with her coffee in the morning and she can't get logged into yahoo with her laptop. And you don't want to mess with her before she has her coffee and crosswords.

I think that I will call them again this evening and give them a little more grief, At least try to get some credit out of a service that is not working.
