[Scowling and spitting][rant on] What the hell happened to offering the customer something more expensive along the same line? Most other companies have done this in the past. Sorry no Lightning merchandise and since we already shipped you the wrong stuff, you still have to pay S&H. Oh but we will credit your account with the value of the merchandise we screwed up on and the price to send it back, but that's all. Sounds like a good way to make money to me. Just ship everybody the wrong crap over and over and make a fortune on S&H. I've ordered many items from them in the past and until now, the only things I've had to contend with was endless waiting on the phone/being cutoff so even more waiting/out of stock more than in stock.
