Sorry to hear about that Stevie! I've had nothing but good service with them. I've ordered literally hundreds of $ worth from them. I certainly will keep it in mind and lay it on them if they do goof it up next time. If I call in the order I always remember the persons name. I never write in the order because that gives them the leverage to say I goofed it up. I never pay shipping back if they goof the order. Got some freebies from Jeg's that way. |
