Rusty,
before before before. Quick as you can if you cannot scurge any solutions, for this will show him/her you're worried and want some help! :-)
that beast of a ticket I got, I went and seen her the next morning. I sure do hope yours is as nice as ours is here in redneckville.
Ours here has an office in the courthouse down town. I would presume that is where the one in your area resides. Walk in the courthouse, and look on that big board that tells you where everyone is. should say something like "john doe trial commissioner 3F"
Just to give you an insight, he/she can re-route your ticket, cancel your trial, assign traffic school tickets, basically anything he/she wants. If he/she says your ticket will not be on your record, then it WON'T be. I know because when I got this one she pulled my record up and my last one she wrote off wasn't there.
(just stressing the amount of power this person has if you win their side)
Again, if you have options you can tap, I would. I really do not wish to f*** you up, but you seem to be in the same boat I was. A ticket and no connections, and I did the same thing, asked around, and the commissioner referral is what kept turning up.
Rusty, if you find yourself dry of options, it cannot hurt to go see your commissioner. I mean, you're out of ideas at that point anyway.
Best of luck bud
