nice in thoery, but i dont think that having the FAQ's in a restricted access will reduce the number of times a particular question is asked. i mean, if you can ask for free, whos gonna wanna pay for it?
i think that a standard FAQ section would alleviate alot of the congestion, but not necessarily a restricted access section...
