| rear tank upgrade
Ok so i have a front tank delete option on my truck so i only have a rear tank, and no way to put a front one in with out cutting up my rear quarter for a filler.
I also have a 1993 full size bronco in my stable. and it got me to thinking.
Can we mount a 33 gallon tank from the bronco's into our trucks rear position, using all the mounting hardware and fuel level sender from the bronco, and just loose the spare tire?
It seems to me that it would work, and then we would have 33 gallon capacity, extra traction, and only one tank to worry about.
Any thoughts?? |
