If I buy ported Plenum and ported TB with they be matched?

Hello and Happy New Year!

I'm itching to buy the ported plenum and Throttle Body. I've seen in several posts that it is a good idea to port match the ends. If I purchase both the TB and Plemum, will they be port matched?

If not, could I request that port matching be done?

It's my understanding that if they aren't matched, that whistling may occur.

Port matching is standard procedure as well as matching the plenum to the blower case ( we have templates)
