I'm selling my '78 911. The car itself has about 195,000 miles on it. The engine has been rebuilt by the previous owner a few years ago. It is currently garaged at my home and prior to me getting the car it was stored in Kansas City in one of those underground wharehouses for 4 years. I'm not to familiar with these types of cars but I will do my best to answer your questions.
Overall the car is in pretty good shape. Tires do hold air and have tread but will more than likely need to be replaced because of how old they are. The front seats have been updated with '85 power seats.
