WTB trans dipstick tube

Believe our transmissions have the weird 2 piece dipstick tube. Does anyone have the main piece that comes up to the engine bay? Mine is all kinked.

It has the stub out of the trans that the tube goes into. Is that what you mean by 2 piece?

Believe so. I was just looking for the long piece honestly I'm not exactly sure if they can be easily separated. May be better for me to fab something all together perhaps.

did you ever find this piece? i went through the same thing before i just went with an aftermarket after my rebuild. i may still have that lower dipsticktube someplace
 
I was wrong, I have the oil dipstick and just the base tube to the trans. Guess when they did my transmission trans install they robbed another gen 1 and put it in my truck
 
If I remember correctly the tubes are the same for any E40d tranny as long as you have both pieces, upper and lower short one.
